Mother’s Large Loaves of Bread

Today, mother thought she would lovingly bake some bread for us (the family) to enjoy. She tried out a new recipe (which by the way turned out very delicious). It said it yielded 4 large loaves of bread. Mother, not knowing what they meant by “large” decided to divide the dough into three, not four pans. The result is hilarious. See for yourself.

Moab 2009!

I went to Moab this last May with the Justensen side of the family. It was really a lot of fun. We went to Dead Horse Point and Arches National Park as well as four-wheeling and games. Dad and I also went mtn biking on the Slickrock trail.

PROM!

Prom was probably the best dance I have gone to so far. It was on April 18. I went with, who else, Laura King. We did the day activity the evening before. We went to Lagoon trail and had a picnic. Then we came back to my house for games. It was really fun! Laura wore a purple dress. I wore a black tux that had cufflinks (those were my favorite part for some odd reason.) Anyway, we went to Ligouri's for dinner. It turned out to be a nicer place than I thought which was good. The dance was held in Ogden at the Eccels Conference Center (its just across the street from where the movie theatre and the Solomon Center are, on Washington bvld.) The dance itself was very fun, however, a few for slow songs would have been appreciated ;) Our group didn't do anything after the dance. Overall, it was a really fun night.
